All sales are final. Most items are drop shipped from various vendors. In the event that you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please reach out to Heirloom Traditions Paint’s customer support with your order number and pictures of the item and they will get you taken care of. Returns of damaged or incorrectly sent goods may be required so packaging must be kept until the issue is resolved. Returns for any other reason are not accepted so please confirm your order prior to placing.
Once the event closes, the item will not be available for reorder so please check your order carefully and ensure your purchased everything you need before the event closes.
Each vendor will choose their own shipping method which may include USPS, UPS or FedEx. Please be sure to provide an address (or addresses) that work for all 3.
Payment is due at the time the order is placed. If Paypal approves you for Easy Pay via Paypal Credit, payment is due in agreement with Paypal’s terms.
Orders will ship from vendors and may take 1-2 weeks to process plus transit time. Some items may take longer. See item descriptions for items that have a longer lead time. Once your order ships, we will notify you via email with a tracking number.
Colors shown by your monitor or device online may not 100% accurate. Videos shown and viewed on a iphone should be most accurate. By the end of the event, we anticipate showing all bedding & rugs on a Facebook live and uploading a video to each item’s listing. Heirloom Traditions Paint (aka Heirloom Traditions Home) will show and describe the colors to you on these videos and on this site and detail what ALL-IN-ONE Paint colors the bedding and rugs best coordinates with, not necessarily matches to. These are our opinions and are not guarantees that you will agree with us as colors are subjective. However, once you have everything in hand and put your room together, we believe that you will love it.
Paint orders must be ordered at www.allinonepaint.com and will be shipped separately of any home orders.

Information relating to Customer Orders and will be stored for a minimum of 7 years in hard copy, in order to comply with anti-money laundering and accounting regulations. Digital Sales and order information will be stored indefinitely within the Sites Framework.
